Variety Care offers quality, affordable, healthcare to people all over Oklahoma. As a non-profit community health center with 15 locations, their team is dedicated to making it more convenient and less expensive to receive medical care. They provide care to all persons, regardless of income, residency status, employment, health insurance coverage or ability to pay for services.
The Variety Care marketing team reached out to me for help with branded collateral and advertising. I created direct mailers, posters, and other items seen in their offices. I also created a few animated ads that play in lobbies and air on CTV.
I designed this brochure to make it easier for people to find and book appointments. It was important to include service and insurance information because so many Oklahoman's are either underinsured or uninsured. I also included a Spanish translation for all elements to ensure it would reach hispanic communities, which is about 12% of Oklahomans.
This New Patient Registration form was designed in both Spanish and English. It can be to time-consuming and annoying to fill out these types of things, so I segmented all of the information into smaller groups to make it as easy as possible for people to quickly record their information, skipping the sections that didn't apply to them.
Side note: I LOVE designing forms.
I designed this 30s video ad using motion graphics and hand-drawn motifs. It aired on Telemundo during the first few weeks of the school year to encourage parents to ensure their kids were healthy. It was a ton of fun to create!
